Semla [Filled Cardamom Bun]
Semla or Fettisdagsbulle are a cardamom bun which has had the center scooped out and replaced with a filling, traditionally almond paste, and topped with fresh whipped cream.
Semla are a seasonal pastry. We're offering them from the beginning of the year until Easter. They are traditionally eaten on Fettisdag (Fat Tuesday) in February.
